Dance Studios for Sale and Investment in Singapore

1. Current portfolio. 1.1 We have 135+ dancers attending 400+ classes; - average number of classes attended per dancer = 3 or more. This is a HIGH average number of classes per dancer because our dancers have the opportunity to do multiple genres with us. 1.2 Pre-covid annual revenue was almost SGD1mil with only 130+ dancers which led to expansion plans with a bigger studio in central Singapore. However, we were severely impacted by covid as we committed to triple our rental expense JUST before covid-closures forced our revenue to drop to only 40% of our usual revenue for 9 months. 1.3 Opportunity to pivot. Since then, we have slowly recovered, but the market has changed substantially. There are now many new ballet schools, & parents are much more willing to invest in training & opportunities to compete. Which is why we need to innovate which leads to our 2-prong expansion plan; A) To draw in pre-school dancers looking for more than just ballet. B) To provide high-quality productions for performers to have an opportunity to perform (instead of just doing exams & competing) Our annual concerts & public performances are reputed to be very high quality & professional. There is also a shortage of performance opportunities for dance-heavy performances in Singapore. We would like to direct our capabilities in this area to regularly produce high quality productions. We tested this 2 years ago and our production was extremely successful. Plse refer to our reason for seeing a loan for more details. 1.4 Our current studios are 2000sq ft + 1100 sq ft. - centrally located in Singapore - good location. 1.5 We have a proven track record of producing top dancers for their age group - 4 (of our original 20+ '1st generation' of dancers) are now pursuing full time careers as dancers. 2. Notable achievements. 2.1 Consistently > 90% Distinctions with our UK based Ballet exams, & > 95% with our Australian based Tap & Jazz exams. 2.2 Since 2013, every year, we win Champion dancer &/or studio for the 2 biggest competitions in Singapore. 2.3 Finalist in Asia's Got Talent season 1 (out of 12,000 acts which auditioned across 12 countries) 2.4 We are considered part of the AXN's Got Talent 'family' - we are always invited to participate in Asia's Got Talent franchise specials considered age- appropriate for our dancers. 2.5 Overseas performance trip to Disneyland / Hollywood Boulevard / Universal Studios in LA. 2.6 Regular public performances to showcase dancers. 3. Brand name. 3.1 Recognised as an industry leader / maverick for always daring to do something different / more to enhance our dancers' experience / journey. 3.2 Strong relationships with other dance schools in Australia & Esplanade due to our reputation.
