We now have our own centralized commercial kitchen in Mumbai with a production capacity of over 1,500 cupcakes a day. We have retail presence in several prominent locations in Mumbai city. Other than supplying to cinemas we are also the official cake partners for the global kids theme park brand KidZania in Mumbai. We also take a number of personalized orders for baked products with many celebrity clients on our list. Other than this, we have our own online store and are present in various online food ordering platforms. We started the brand in Hong Kong in January of 2019 and it has seen a tremendous response with very quickly being listed as among the best cake brands in the city. We also conduct a host of baking classes regularly for children and adults alike at our kitchen in Hong Kong. We intend to take the brand "I Love Babycakes" to major cities in India and consequently outside of India to incorporate a cafe cum shared cloud kitchen model. The idea is to have a space with commercial kitchen equipment (with our brand name) where chefs and bakers can cook / bake and pay rent on an hourly basis to use. The space will also have an option for diners to come and dine on an all day dining menu. This space can also be rented out for baking / cooking classes to be hosted by the participating chefs where part of the proceeds will go to the owner. This model will allow self generating rents that can be used towards monthly operating expenses. Having run successfully in India for the last 10 years, we are now looking at using the franchising model to further our reach. We are looking at increasing our presence in major cities of India and across the globe following the above model. The goodwill of the Company and its popularity in Mumbai makes it an attractive choice.
