Working on requirement source by themselves OR given by Apt which includes:
- Sourcing of resumes as per job description from portal.
- Calling candidates and explaining them about job.
- Scheduling interview and taking feedback.
- Clients Feedback.
Business Development:
Contact SME's, Medium Sized Companies, Corporates, MNC's.
Give Warm up Call Setup Meetings.
Give Company Brief Sign up Companies.
