BuildNext was founded by a team of enthusiastic IIT-IIM grads in 2015, with the target of providing customer experience at par with modern retail, in the building construction sector. We are now an award-winning team of experienced professionals from the fields of real estate, construction, e-commerce, procurement and technology.

We are building a technology platform focused on improving efficiency and customer experience in the construction sector. As an industry, there is a lack of transparency which leads to budget overshoots 90% of the time. One of the key ideas is to increase information transparency and thus improve the efficiency of the whole construction process. With our technology products, we enable construction professionals (BuildNext Partners) to provide end-customers a superior building experience, and eliminate cost overshoots. Essentially, BuildNext tries to make the construction process as simple and pleasurable as buying a car.

We now run an inventory-less, Virtual Reality enabled a chain of building material stores across Kerala. We bring building materials in a wide range of categories and brands from trusted manufacturers and sellers across the country to our customers and partners. And we offer a breadth of tools and technologies for visualization, estimation, product selection, procurement, budget control, project tracking and more as part of the BuildNext platform. We aim to expand and serve the length and breadth of the country soon.
