We have a range of 135+ products including tillers, harrows, ridgers, blades, harvesters, sprayers, drills levellers, diggers, soilers, slashers, mowers, etc. Most of our revenue currently comes from exports to around 134 companies. We are now looking to sign-up dealers and distributors in India and more specifically West Bengal. We already have 6 dealers in West Bengal and we are seeking to sign up several more. We have partnerships with IDFC First Bank, SBI, Jai Kisan platform and the Mahindra & Mahindra group to help our dealers and distributors with working capital needs. Both the dealer and distributor will have to sell our products in their geography. The dealer / distributor will have to stock inventory. The distributor will have the additional responsibility of signing up dealers and maintaining a larger inventory. There is no minimum inventory level to be maintained or minimum order value. The initial investment will be used to set up the display outlet. The display inventory in stock will be directly owned by the company. The partner may also run the business without having any display inventory but they will then have to arrange for the customer to view our products as required. Supply of inventory including display inventory, technical and logistics support, working capital support, staff training, marketing training and supply of marketing collateral.
