ITweak is in its 10th year of providing repair services to smartphone and laptop owners. Early on we found that the customer journey for after-sales support and repairs needed more transparency, affordability, and convenience.
ITweak has 3 branches across Bangalore and receives repair requests from cities across India, which we service facilitate through courier partners.
ITweak service centers are ISO certified with L4 repair capabilities to perform motherboard repairs. All our technicians have completed ITI / Diploma in electronics, and are ESD safety trained to keep the devices safe from further damage.
Every year more than 1 lakh people visit our website in search of reliable repair services, and we get 500+ orders on a monthly basis. Apple devices make up 95% of our revenue and we have only recently started providing support services for Android devices.
We are currently looking to expand to tier-1 cities by franchising since we receive lots of leads from such cities. Our current franchise outlets earn about INR 3 lakh as monthly sales. The new franchisees can expect similar monthly sales after the first 6 months of operations. - Repair, refurbish, and reselling of Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Macbook, iMac, and Apple Watch). Recently, we have started support for Android devices as well.
