- Provide a copy of a valid photo ID Proof, such as a driver's license or Aadhar card.
- Create a photocopy of an Address Proof, which can be your Aadhar card or Driver's License.
- Obtain 2 Passport-sized photographs for submission. - Franchise partner will regularly receive job vacancy details from our clients via the Recruitment management application.
- Your role involves sourcing, shortlisting, and reaching out to potential job seekers via email or phone for interviews related to assigned job orders.
- Our team of expert consulting professionals will monitor the recruitment process using the recruitment management software.
- After shortlisting candidates and updating the Applicant Tracking system, STAFFREX Account managers will liaise with the client to manage the recruitment process further.
- Account managers will also represent the client and coordinate interviews with you.
- Franchise partner will maintain communication with candidates to keep them informed about the recruitment progress.
- Upon successfully filling a position and the candidate joining the client's workforce, we receive service fees per the client agreement, typically 8.33% (may vary) of the Annual CTC offered to the placed candidate.
- The service fee is divided between the Franchise partner and Staffrex based on agreed-upon terms.
- As our franchisee, we expect the Franchise partner to appoint someone to acquire local clients, contributing to your and Staffrex's revenue in addition to clients from our sources. - Franchise partner will undergo a one-week initial training that offers insights into the overall business model and day-to-day operations.
- The training can be conducted online or in person, depending on the prevailing circumstances.
- Franchise partners will have the option to participate in a one-day training and orientation session at our Vijayawada office.
- Franchise partners will receive personalized login credentials for our Recruitment Engine and official email IDs.
- Additionally, the franchise partner will be familiarized with all business interfaces and workflow maps.
