- The clients onboarded by the franchise will be verified through KYC and other verification instruments by the franchise itself. Post which they will commence using our digital trading platform and use our company as their brokers for the same.
- The revenue earned by the franchise will be brokerage that will be generated by the franchise through the clients that they onboard. 5 percent of the brokerage amount will be transferred to us as royalty. The franchise will be paying the employees, rent of the facilities, etc. The franchise will also have the option to trade on behalf of their clients if the client trusts them for the same.
- Currently, our headquarters and all our franchisees are in the UK itself. This will be the first franchise office in India. The monthly revenue and EBITDA margin are the estimated figures. Our proprietary global trading platform allows our users to trade in a broad range of securities such as:
