Our business is essentially an Alwar-based hotel that offers premium accommodation and multiple amenities to its customers. - We receive about 100 to 120 bookings every month for our rooms. The bookings are received through Booking. com, GoIbibo, and direct walk-in customers. About 80 per cent of the bookings are through direct walk-ins only. - The average price of each room varies between INR 800 - INR 1,000. The remaining revenue is generated through our kitchen. - Our customers can order from a wide range of dishes & order their meals in their respective rooms. This stream of revenue contributes to about 40 per cent of the company's entire revenue. The majority 60 per cent is generated through room bookings. - Our business is entirely debt-free with no outstanding business loans, overdue, or defaults. - The company has one owner who has 100 percent ownership of the business. There are no outside investors or shareholders.
