Plans are in progress to acquire a new estate for hotel development. We have submitted an offer at the agreed price between both parties and awaiting a legal response. The company was initially setup as Fort Sanctum, we wish to retain the name of the estate and we will rename accordingly. The hotel is expected to begin operations by December of next year. It will offer around 28 guest rooms and 20 lodges.
