Interests: As an individual investor/buyer in Montreal, I am primarily interested in researching engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) businesses. I seek opportunities focused on automation, real estate-related growth, and favourable profit margins for potential acquisitions or investments.

Interests: - I am interested in buying or investing in active businesses in the healthcare, pharma, food, and educational sectors. - I may also be interested in startups as long as the business has growth opportunities. The business can be located in the US or India. I already operate my business in these places. - I will invest in my own capacity.

Interests: Interested in a 4 year old company with at least Rs. 5 crore turnover. Would also require every year's ITR, audit report & GST filing details.

Interests: - Financial performance: Revenue, recurring revenue, trends over the last 2-3 years. - Client base & contracts/agreements: Active clients, long-term agreements, and AMC's (if any). - Operational setup: Key staff, management structure, and processes in place. - Assets and liabilities: Equipment, vehicles, tools, and any outstanding obligations.

Interests: - Good credentials. - Good turnover. - Completed projects such as EPC road works, bridges, and buildings. - The business should be in Chandigarh, as I have good connections there.

Interests: A small but highly agile business with experience exporting to the EU and the US. Strong quality and workmanship capabilities are required. This company must also be able to import fabrics from the major non-China markets. The business must, at a minimum, break even. If not profitable, willing to assume debt if reasonable considering turnover.

Interests: Data analytics, data engineering, digital services such as web/ mobile, application development, maintenance, cloud migration, security, and testing. Company with deep expertise in life sciences or financial services and consumer goods. Looking for a strategic investment with cash flow and accounts in the US. Interested in active/ passive investment and leadership of IT/ data company. -

Interests: 1. If any unsettled litigation, debts and liabilities. 2. Want to know the proposition value of the company. 3. If the company is in good standing.

Interests: Will look at the management team & their skills, last 3 years of growth, future vision, owner's integrity, current clientele, list of services offered and expansion plans.

Interests: Looking to buyout a mobile app company in the US or India. Have dealt with Indian clients in the past and have a client base in India. I have a few criteria that are as follows: - Business must have built a running app. - Want to know the areas where the app provides services. - The app should be compatible with other types of business and services. - Business must be easy to manage from the US.

Interests: We have been part of the Indian Tech revaluation since 1983, when Texas Instruments, VSNL, and later Titan were incubated by us at Bangalore. The start-up needs to run & develop the team, as we have many areas of interest right from application development for automation to data intelligence, CCTV surveillance, marketing, etc. The success in our circle is huge. We are looking at acceleration in an existing experienced company that is looking at multiplying 10 times if they have a running contract that could be continued but expansion is the key. We provide mentorship, leadership, and funding to companies that have a proven track record of completing projects successfully & having a positive mindset to grow with a long-term vision. We are not interested in short-term gains or companies only looking at funding or only for sale, we can invest time and effort. Infrastructure, people, markets & money to develop many successful projects & ventures.

A company that is overly reliant on debt or showing declining profitability is a major red flag, as it indicates underlying operational inefficiencies or an inability to sustain growth. Beyond financials, operational efficiency plays a significant role in my decision-making process. I look for businesses that have streamlined processes, well-managed supply chains, and efficient cost structures. Scalability is key—whether through automation, digital transformation, or strategic expansion opportunities. A business that can grow without proportionally increasing costs or complexity is far more attractive than one with a rigid, labor-intensive model that struggles to scale. The strength of leadership and the team behind the business is equally important. A company’s long-term success depends on the vision, adaptability, and execution capabilities of its leadership team. I look for businesses with experienced and forward-thinking leaders who not only understand their industry but are also open to innovation and change. A strong team with a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement is an asset that ensures resilience in the face of market shifts. A business that is forward-thinking, adaptable, and positioned for future growth stands out as a strong investment opportunity. Ultimately, I am drawn to businesses that are financially sound, operationally efficient, well-managed, and strategically positioned for long-term success. A combination of strong leadership, a competitive edge, and a scalable model makes for a compelling investment, while businesses lacking these qualities are less attractive. My goal is to invest in or acquire businesses with clear growth trajectories, a loyal customer base, and a sustainable competitive advantage.
