I have a background as a director of a real estate agency, and I am an individual investor from Arizona, USA. While I specialise in the IT and tech sector, I am keen to explore opportunities beyond these industries and have prior experience in business acquisitions, with the most recent one being two years ago in the USA.

Acquiring / Buying a Business

I am seeking to fully acquire established businesses with existing profits. The target locations are Iloilo, Cebu, Makati, Taguig, and Alabang in the Philippines, as I am familiar with the location. I have a budget of PHP 5.6M for acquisitions and prefer majority ownership. I aim to complete the acquisition within six months. Businesses should have at least four employees. I am also open to exploring opportunities outside IT and tech. Financing for the acquisition is already arranged, and I plan to use intermediaries for due diligence support. I am not interested in businesses requiring restructuring or turnaround.
