We are now focused on sustainable aquaculture, particularly shrimp farming, we evaluate potential acquisitions based on the following key criteria:

We prefer farms with verifiable production history (e. g., ≥20,000 kg/year), preferably with bio security protocols and disease management systems in place.
2. Operational efficiency:
We assess input output ratios, survival rates, feed conversion rates (FCR), and labor productivity. RAS or hybrid systems are considered a plus.
3. Regulatory compliance:
Farms with clear legal standing, land titles, environmental licenses, and adherence to BAP, ASC, or local aquaculture standards are prioritized.
4. Infrastructure condition:
We look for well-maintained pond systems, water treatment equipment, and access to utilities (electricity, water, access roads, proximity to ports).
5. Profitability and growth potential:
Positive EBITDA, scalable operations, and room for technological or operational improvement (e. g., digital monitoring, feed automation) are important.
6. Risk profile:
We evaluate risks such as disease outbreaks, climate exposure, over-reliance on wild brood stock, or poor water source quality.
