Looking to invest in businesses that have good potential. I am a very vigilant investigator and do due diligence in my dealings. The party must have complete transparency and cooperation throughout the transaction exploration phase. Access to and speaking to existing customers of the business, reviewing bills and receipts up to past 2 years would be normal. My investment mindset is not that of a VC and on the flip side, invest in real businesses with assets and tangible value. I look for a break even in 2.5 years or less and an apparent problem to solve or fix in the business. If this is not found, I don 't invest in the business.
