I am an active/passive investor participating in commercial real estate syndications, owning long & short-term rentals, and an options trading business. I have 20 years of experience in the supply chain industry, and in that time worked in sales, customer service, operations, finance, and IT where I managed BA, PM, and BRM roles. Currently, I am program director where I manage a $12.5M P&L + $8M project budget and lead a team of 60 team members located across 7 countries. The team is an internal digital agency for a $6B company. We are responsible for building value through online channels, CRM, marketing technology, and digital insights. I am looking to acquire a US based business with an SDE between $400K-$1M at a multiple of 2.5-4.5X. This company needs to have 2yrs of completed tax records and a TTM that is flat or growing. I am focused on digital marketing, SaaS, and IT-Services to acquire a company in 2024 that is a platform I can leverage to bolt on a niche service that I see missing across the industry.
