We are advising a customer who is an established fire protection EPC player with ~₹90–100 crore annual revenues, strong project execution capabilities, and presence across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
They are looking to expand through inorganic growth by acquiring complementary businesses in firefighting and MEP domains.
Target criteria:
Revenue: ₹25–40 Cr.
EBITDA Margins: 10–15%+
Business Model: EPC contractors in fire protection, or MEP integrators with/without fire as part of their service mix.
Geography: Pan-India, with preference for regional players that provide access to new client segments or project ecosystems.
