We have an investment holding company in Singapore that invests in agroindustrial and agrochemical sectors, both in private and public entities. It is registered in Singapore, and operated from India.

Acquiring / Buying a Business

Acquire enterprises industry type.
> Agro-industrial and agrochemicals; sugar, ethanol, seeds, fertilisers, dairy, green energy, agro tech, forestry, soil health, irrigation etc.
Financial.
>All proposals must be for complete buyouts, no partnerships or JVs.
> Cash flow and financial statements from 5 years (less if the business has been operating for < 5 years).
>No hidden payments or liabilities to distribution networks (due diligence will be performed prior to signing any contract)
>Business should be unleveraged (upon acquisition), any existing leverage will be discounted heavily from the sales price.
>Total number of employees and their contracts.
Legal.

>The party selling the project must have all required licences and land records.
> Any court (previous/current) disputes must clearly mentioned.
> Any legal action against the proprietor (s) must be acknowledged.
