I am the owner of a business services company providing broad-based communications and initial entrepreneurial support. While my business is registered in the Netherlands, I am currently in Thailand laying the groundwork for a uniquely expandable low risk food services venture.

Based in and with our businesses registered in the Netherlands, we are interested in growing a unique food and beverage concept in Thailand, initially in Phuket, then expanding. We are now actively seeking co-investors and are open to both active and 'silent' participants, Western and Thai.
The concept is a low-risk, high-appeal venture that will present the public with a flavorful, healthy, and highly unique casual food concept. We expect to launch first in Thailand.
We are a Netherlands-based company, Equity Assets Consolidated (EAC). That Dutch BV, EAC, is owned by myself and my wife. We will be opening a 'branch office' in Thailand as an umbrella for an eventual franchisor entity, a Thai Limited Company.
At this stage, we are partnering and contracting with two highly skilled and proven chefs, a Swiss-American international executive chef and a regional Thai chef. We are also working and consulting with a Bangkok-based chief legal counsel. We are seeking a talented individual to assume the post of 'Director of franchise development'.
Available is a 35-page prospectus detailing the concept, operations, logo, mascot and cash flow projections in total.
Until we secure non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) from interested parties, we must keep the prospectus essentially confidential. As mentioned, the concept is very different and, by design, low risk and very 'doable'.
