- I have a good managerial experience in hospitality and retail. I have been working in a reputed franchise business for the past four years as a store manager and got a chance to work as an area manager for a short time looking after three stores before leaving. All these years I have got enough time to know everything from a deeper surface on the franchisee level. Now I am working for a store that does the sales of fifty thousand dollars a week which lies in the top ten in the country out of seven hundred stores and top 5 in customer count. Before I was working with a team of around ten under me and now around thirty members. As I am the store manager, my duties and responsibilities include hiring, training, rostering, stock ordering and stock management, preparation of food, maintaining quality and standard, delighting the customers with exceptional services, reaching out to the communities, feedback, and responding the customers and making them my customers and marketing.
