    3. Management team: A capable and experienced leadership team is essential. I prefer businesses with transparent, ethical, and forward-thinking management that can navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
    4. Innovation and differentiation: I favour businesses with a unique value proposition or innovative edge over competitors. Companies that continuously innovate and adapt to changing market conditions are more likely to succeed.
    5. Sustainability: I am attracted to businesses that focus on sustainability and social responsibility, particularly those involved in energy efficiency, clean technology, or green products and services.
    The businesses I like include renewable energy, industrial solutions, technology sectors, and digital marketing agencies/companies that offer AI-integrated solutions. I am less inclined to invest in industries with limited growth potential, high regulatory risks, or those that are heavily dependent on outdated technologies. I am looking for business in Haryana and Punjab as I have good connections in these locations.
