We would like to confirm the comprehensive (i. e., “lock, stock, and barrel”) asking price and/or a third-party objectively projected valuation. - Operational facilities, inclusive of land, real properties (buildings, PPE, inventory) and the ongoing commercial operation to provide a more complete set of facts. - Whether there have been any significant changes in terms of visitor numbers or expenditure plus regulation and/or host community tolerance of activity variances.
