Product Differentiation: • Focus: Mastery over a specific product category. • Unique Selling Points: Proprietary, patented, or premium differentiation. • Desired: Missed by customers is no longer available. 4. Sales Channels: • B2B Focus: • National diversified customer base with long-term recurring relationships. • Robust sales rep or distributor network. • No more than 15% revenue from a single customer. • (Preferred) Potential for export growth. • B2C (Secondary) should constitute 30% or less of total business (including DTC channels). 5. Team Dynamics: • Leadership: Owner-involved, with a general manager in place to ensure the business can operate effectively without the owner's constant presence. • Stability: Low turnover rates. 6.
