We would like to confirm the comprehensive (i. e., “lock, stock, and barrel”) asking price and/or a third-party objectively projected valuation. - Operational facilities, inclusive of land, real properties (buildings, PPE, inventory) and the ongoing commercial operation to provide a more complete set of facts. - Whether there have been any significant changes in terms of visitor numbers or expenditure plus regulation and/or host community tolerance of activity variances.

Interests: I am an owner-operator seeking to purchase a small business or distressed/under-performing assets. Looking for B2B business with critical $3m-$25m revenue, minimal or no EBITDA, a small business with retiring owner, corporate divestiture, distressed business or assets, an information-based business that needs automation, under-performing assets.

We provide short term working capital facility from $0.5MM to $10MM. Each transactional deal within the facility has a duration of approximately 45 days. Structures include asset based loan, receivable finance, inventory finance, supply chain finance, prepayment loan, pre-export finance, purchase order finance, repos, goods-in-transit finance and forfaiting. Interests: Profitability, potential, relocatable, well established and interesting.

Interests: - Company must be existing and should generate a positive cash flow. - A good cash flowing business that can keep running without involvement where the owner simply wants a retirement exit plan. Or. - A business where my team and I can partner with existing management to help restructure and help grow by augmenting and supplement growth, in addition, to simply cash acquisition whether by introducing customers, modifying supply chain, or financial reengineering. - Larger companies: Strong free cash flow generation and strong management teams looking for an exit with an earn-out for five years. - Smaller companies: Strong business that generates good cash and has healthy margins but needs growth capital. - Preference will be given to companies that needs access to China or North American (Canada & USA) markets. We have extensive access to both governmental and top corporates in these markets.

Interests: - I look for sustainable companies with market opportunities, experienced staff, a unique opportunity, and/or a proven track record. - I will invest and manage the business in my own personal space. The source of funds will be business funds. - I am interested in acquiring a business anywhere in the US. I will frequently visit the business in order to manage it.

Interests: Training set up, management team and customers.

Interests: We can fund asset-based loans for any business with hard assets and/or receivables as collateral. We do not do venture capital if there is no or little collateral.
