The resort is in the pre-revenue phase. We have secured the land and are yet to build infrastructure to achieve our vision. The plan of our expansion is as follows: 1) Business plan: - Year 1: Begin basic operations and promotions. - Year 2: Initiate profit sharing with investors as the breakeven point is expected to be achieved. - Phase 1: Construct 7 lodging units and establish 5 camping ground points. - Phase 2: Activate cultural programs and train local staff. 2) Revenue model: - Daily rental of lodging rooms (via OTA and direct booking). - Cultural tourism activity packages (batik making, trekking and, cooking). - Rental of camping and gathering areas (community, school and retreat). - Sales of food & beverages from local mini cafes. 3) Target customers & number of potential clients: - Domestic tourists (families, climbing communities and students). - Foreign tourists seeking authentic experiences. - Estimate: 250–400 guests per month during peak season based on analysis of neighboring lodging trends that are always full. 4) Promoter experience: - The core team consists of experienced locals in the fields of hospitality, construction, and tourism. - Main promoters have been active in the local tourism community and have managed trips & homestays. - Has relationships with farmer groups, batik artisans, and local tour guides. 5) Business relationships & local support: - Have established communication with tourism actors, village governments, and surrounding MSME actors. - Land and infrastructure support from family/promoters. - Potential for collaboration with nature schools, hiking communities, event organizers, and travel organizers. 6) Licenses and registrations: - We operate as a sole proprietorship and have a valid NIB license from the government.
