Prior to closing after a fire 6 years ago, we had 200 sit-in customers per day. As new investors came in soon and refurbishing work started in Jan 2020, Covid struck and the project to restart was shelved. We are now looking to restart the operations under a new model with other arms of revenue added such as home deliveries, catering and external contractual operations. Conservative projections still estimate a regular seating of 210 customers per day.
