Newly incorporated private limited automobile services company based in Bagdol, Lalitpur, Nepal, currently pre-revenue and seeking growth capital. - Core activities will include buying and selling second-hand motorcycles, repair and maintenance services, and sale of bike accessories and spare parts (aftermarket parts and replacement parts). - Additional services will include exchange programs for used bikes and planned future offerings of vehicle rental services and electric vehicle charging station infrastructure. - Target customers are retail riders, fleet operators, and corporate clients requiring vehicle maintenance, parts supply, and bike rental solutions. - Revenue will be generated from bike sales (used-bike margin), repair and service fees, parts and accessories sales, exchange transaction commissions, and future rental and charging station fees. - Operations will start in Lalipur/Bagdol with plans to expand across Nepal; growth strategy includes franchising or branch rollouts and partnerships with local workshops. - In talks with 16 workshops for service tie-ups to extend repair network and expand service coverage for roadside assistance and workshop referrals. - Founder has ~10 years’ experience in the automobile industry who oversees operations, supplier sourcing, and workshop integrations. - Seeking NPR 2.5 Crore investment to fund working capital, inventory acquisition (used bikes and parts), setup of rental fleet, and initial buildout for charging station pilots. - The business will be operating as an in-person service center in Bagdol, Lalitpur providing diagnostics, mechanical repairs, parts retail, and customer service for walk-in and scheduled maintenance.
