We believe that each person should own, control, and decide how to disseminate their vaccination information. Our go-to-market model encompasses two discrete channels. 1. Direct to the consumer through online sales. 2. Business to business through sales representatives and partners. Operations. Operationally, this is a medium-lift. Most operations are automated once membership is created. Fulfillment is performed in small batches and takes just a few minutes per membership. For larger batches, fulfillment is outsourced under contract. Customer inquiries and customer success need to be addressed daily and responsively.
