The project is based in Macedonia. It's surrounded by mountains at an elevation of 1,050m with beautiful forest and natural water. Hotel with restaurant, hiking residence, camping zone,  individual housing, amphitheatre and sports terrains. All buildings are planned to be built with natural materials (local rocks for foundations and roads and panels for walls and roofs),  photovoltaic systems and sustainable water supply. The company owns a hectare of land and construction work is yet to commence. We have the designs and approval ready.

Company has developed a software solution for automated post-processing of intraday power trades. - Our software reads trades that are executed on the ComTrader platform by reading selected files in the local file system, post-processes the trade, and/or lets the user automate data transformations and send the results to configurable endpoints such as excel files, e-mails, databases, SOAP/REST web-services and much more. - Due to a private family situation, the promoter is no longer able to manage and market the solution and is looking for a successor. - We are offering all the relevant contents including source codes, documentation, presentation website (content + domain), and also the corresponding trademark (already registered). The asking price does not include the registered business entity. - Potential end customers for the software include EPEX SPOT exchange members using ComTrader. - There is no direct alternative available for this use case and at such a low cost. - We have not sold any licenses so far but the successor can sell the solution using a yearly license model that is renewable. - Technology stack used for development: Java and Spring Boot in the backend, and Vaadin Flow on the frontend. - Installation and operations manual are prepared with an average computer user in mind.

Company owns a commercial property available on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a shopping mall in Sector 12, Faridabad. - Facility has a covered area of 7,000 sq ft and a carpet area of 4,000 sq ft. - Property is already leased out to a company and is a revenue generator with INR 1.5 lakh fixed monthly income. - Property has been given on lease for years to co-working space business and the buyer can carry forward with the lease agreement. The lease agreement has 8 years remaining. - The entity that owns this property was recently acquired by another entity that is operated by the same owners for restructuring. - The facility is completely debt free.
