Background: We are a mid-market advisory firm engaged in commercial finance, corporate brokering, valuation and planning. Our basic approach is to negotiate on merit and conduct fair negotiations, encouraging all sides to negotiate reasonable principles that concentrate on interests rather than positions. Our relationship with the proprietor of a private business is a highly personalized. We do not hand over jobs to junior associates until an agreement has been signed to serve a client organisation. We have been working closely with owners and their advisors from the outset to build in-depth market expertise. Our president holds advanced degrees in business management and engineering and has taught finance courses to MBA candidates. As a person who has experienced owning and operating his own company, he understands that he must serve as a mentor to his client as well as perform successful negotiations. We do not charge upfront fee. We charge only success fee post the deal closure.
