We have been selected to set up an eco-city near this infrastructure. - We will provide this eco-city following the brand principles, managing 5,000 hectares of agricultural lands that will supply our manufacturers in order to export high-quality products. - We expect after the fifth year and during 25 years, an annual turnover of 30 million euros with a potential IRR up to 13%. - We are keen to host private equity investors for 25% of the total budget.
