However, our hospital is being constructed in Kochi, Kerala from where it'll run operations. - Our company undertook a business loan amounting to INR 4.5 crores to fund the construction of the built-up area of the hospital about 2 years ago. The loan tenure is 10 years and the outstanding amount is around INR 4 crores. - There are no other outstanding business loans, overdue, or defaults. We will be using some part of the proceeds from this investment to set-off the existing business loans. - The company has two directors.
