The land is situated on key location of Hoshangabad road within limits of Municipal corporation of Bhopal and is situated on the corner of two prominent roads. - The hotel will have 150+ rooms and a three floor basement for 200+ car parking area. Due to its prominent and convenient location it will attract more than 170 weddings per year with a revenue of almost INR 10 lakhs per wedding. - The promoter has experience of organizing more than 100 events which includes serving 500 guest per wedding.
