However, the company owning the ship is a silent partner. - Post investment the operations of this vertical will be spun off under a newly incorporated legal entity & the investor will be effectively acquiring a stake in the new legal entity which will include all the assets including the ship. - Currently not operating due to Covid and Monsoon.
