Have also partnered up with local mechanic shops with 10+ years of experience that meet our requirements to provide major services that cannot be done at the customer's location, such as denting and painting. - Mechanic shop partners have to work on our guidelines and charge small fees based on the amount of work done. - Average duration for servicing is 1 hour for 2-wheelers and 2-2.5 hours for 4-wheelers. - Have recently tied up with Zoom cars to provide services for their clients. - They will provide 60-70 cars per week to be cleaned and pay us INR 500-600 per car. Apart from that, any other service provided to those clients will be charged and the whole amount will be kept by us. - 60% of our revenue is generated by the servicing and cleaning and 40% by the sale of spare products. - We do not keep inventory but buy the products from vendors, add our margin of 5%-10% and then sell the product. - Revenue generation is done by charging fees for servicing and cleaning, subscription model, and selling spare parts. - There are 4 partners in the business, with one having 97% of the shares and the rest having 1% each. - Business is debt-free. - The business sales will increase once the tie-up with Zoomcar is operational.
