We offer business consultancy, advisory, management, operation and marketing services to our clients in the hospitality industry. - We operate on a lease and revenue share model. We would enter into management contracts with our clients. These management contracts would range from 3 - 5 years. - The business has not generated any revenue yet. - We will be charging a commission of 7% - 8% on the total revenue for providing our services besides charging a fee. The operation expenses will be borne by the client itself. - We will be sharing 18% - 22% of the revenue with our clients on the revenue sharing model. - We are engaged in the final stages of discussions with over 32 clients. They include hotels such as Clarkson, Lords, Club Mahindra and Keys. Out of these, we plan on short-listing and starting work with 4 - 5 clients immediately once the lock-down has been lifted. We will be providing hotel management services to them either on the basis of the aforementioned revenue sharing model or lease model. - The business has 55 - 70 employees with 30% of them being on the company's payroll. - In the future, we also want to purchase, establish, equip or acquire hotels or restaurants across the globe and act as collaborators, technicians, financiers on these projects. - Promoter was a director of business development for 3 micro brands and has been working for 22 years out of which 14 years were spent in the hospitality industry.
