We will look at all sectors with revenues between EUR 30 million and EUR 400 million; however, we will consider most sectors, and we typically seek to invest in equity between EUR 10 million and EUR 100 million. 2. Here are key highlights of the investment criteria: - Distressed situations, operational restructuring, recovering revenues post Covid. - Business revenues between EUR 30- EUR 400 million. - Preferred assets on the balance sheet, profitable pre Covid. - Buyout banks from their loans to the business & invest alongside existing shareholders, and management participation. 3. As there is generally no financing needed, we can close the transaction quickly. 4. On the second strategy, we look for stable and profitable businesses where the owners would like to exit. These businesses will have a solid management team in place which can use capital to execute a growth plan post ownership transfer. - Here are some highlights for this acquisitions profile: - Revenues between EUR 100 million - EUR 700 million. - EUR 10 - EUR 200 million equity check (EUR 40 million - EUR 70 million sweet spot) - Invest alongside existing shareholders and management participation.

Interests: Looking to invest in a pharma marketing or manufacturing unit or hospital or related businesses for sellout or 30 - 40% stake holding in an investment scope of around INR 30 - 50 crores. We are also open to acquiring such firms if the business opportunity is good.

Interests: Looking to invest in staffing companies that have long term staffing agreements with clients and generate an EBITDA of more than 15%.

Interests: We are committed to the children's market and actively seek any brand, manufacturing unit, e-commerce marketplace, playschool, or preschool in Delhi, NCR, for purchase or investment. We should acquire in Delhi, NCR, where there is robust infrastructure. We can also invest if the opportunity presents a significant potential for growth and development.

Interests: We are interested in both a start up business and a well established business that are creative and innovative.

Interests: Interested in running, understanding, or investing in new businesses. Return on investments will depend on the type of investment.

Interests: 1) Looking forward to investing in software / IT companies. 2) Demonstrable track record to showcase company's accomplishments (clients / products / service adoption / revenue) 3) Total no employees (higher the better) 4) We are interested in taking only the majority stake (51% and above) 7) Strongly inclined towards businesses that have recurring revenue and guarantee an EBITDA margin of at least 20% 8) Documentation required - cash profits, audited statements, no dues no litigation, well-documented clients/customers, professional management practices.

Interests: Reliability, market standing, assets and certifications, and a good clientele. The business should be in any location of India, that has a port, as most our business is based in these locations.

Currently, we are looking for a startup in and around Delaware dealing in clean technologies or renewable energy for acquisition as the US is a hub of companies and we want to expand our business in other countries.
