Founded by a seasoned culinary professional with over 30 years of experience, our brand is the culmination of his lifelong passion for bakery and patisserie. Chef refined his skills by working with top hotels across India and participating in international food festivals and culinary showcases. His commitment to quality, creativity, and artistry led him to launch this brand as a deeply personal venture.
Originally envisioned 5 years ago, we faced delays before finally launching 2 years back as a small corporate café, allowing the brand to be tested and fine-tuned. By the first year, the brand grew into a cloud kitchen, providing a wide range of offerings. Now, the brand is poised to expand into a physical location, bringing its unique, high-quality baked goods to customers in a memorable, in-person experience.
The company sets itself apart by using the finest ingredients, fresh and locally sourced, and maintaining quality standards that match international benchmarks. Its competitive edge lies in the bakery’s expertise and dedication to mastering traditional baking techniques. In its corporate café format, we generated an annual revenue of around $120,000, with a subsidiary price point.
In the cloud kitchen model, we closed the latest fiscal year with a positive financial outcome. However, the founder recognizes that while the cloud kitchen format was financially successful, it has limitations. It restricts the brand's potential to deliver an immersive experience and strong customer engagement. For this reason, my current focus is on establishing a physical location, where we can create a distinctive atmosphere and offer our premium products in a more engaging, memorable setting.
We generate sales through B2C (own website, Zomato and Swiggy) as well as B2B catering services. The majority of the sales are through the B2C segment.
Have an active FSSAI license and the company is a private limited firm registered with GST and MSME.
We’ve identified a prime location for our first signature experience café in Marathahalli, Bangalore. This unique space is an old two-story house with 3,000 sq. ft. of potential, located directly on the busy ORR main road. Surrounded by a vibrant business district, it naturally benefits from high foot traffic and visibility. The building itself has a charming character that we plan to transform to perfectly align with our café’s theme, creating an inviting ambience that captures the essence of our brand and offers a memorable experience for every visitor. We have an agreement in place with the landlord to lease this property.
