Bakery Seeking Loan in Dubai, UAE

1. Bakey café which is operating - located on Jumeirah Road, and has a strong royal customer basis that includes both B2B and B2C entities, it has potential growth and more revenue expected from B2B bulk orders of bread.
The seating capacity of the bakery café is 20 seats. And on average, we receive an average of 100 walk-in customers.
2. Korean restaurant (planning to open) - There are around 12 Korean restaurants in Dubai. There is significant room for growth compared to the 500 Japanese restaurants.
We are targeting an average yearly sales of AED 5 million with profit margins of approx 30%.
The business will be located in one of the following areas: Al Barsha, Deira, or Marina Media City, targeting a diverse customer base; Korean/Japanese/Chinese companies, all groups of tourists, and multi-national residents in Dubai.
We intend to set up a Korean BBQ restaurant, serving Korean, Japanese and Chinese cuisine.
