Our agents manage inbound call management 24/7 including weekends. We provide variable staffing depending on client requirement. Our MIS & Reporting delivers accurate reports within 3 hours of completion of shifts. We have a rigorous selection process for our agents and they are selected only after written tests, group discussion,mock calls and personal interviews. Our SLA's with our vendors and service providers are very strict, guaranteeing almost 100% uptime in all spheres. We have in house, fully qualified systems engineers available around the clock to ensure that all faults are corrected in the shortest time possible.
