The cups every new coffee with the team of baristas, to certify its quality; before it is served to the customer. The entire team is provided with on-going training, to keep abreast with new trends, new brewing equipment and brewing methods. The coffees are treated not just as a beverage but as a work of art. Serving some of the most delectable beverages, brewed with state of the art brewing methods, ranging from the high-end Synesso espresso machine, to the pour steady - the fully automated pour over coffee machine – the first of its kind in the Middle East; to manual pour-overs, cold-drip, V60, Chemex, Kalita, Aeropress and much more.
The coffees served are all premium single origin, sourced from around the world and roasted locally by the family owned roastry. Offering at least 2 to 3 single origins on rotation at any given time, these are exclusive to the outlet. Also offer Gesha coffees on rotation, which is unique, desirable and the most expensive coffees found around the globe.
The patrons are its brand ambassadors. Their on-going support has aided in its consistent quality of F&B and service. Physical assets include furniture, restaurant set-up & interiors, fully fitted bar which includes espresso machines, grinders etc; , fully fitted kitchen; fully fitted pastry kitchen, walk in freezer, walk in chiller etc. We have a facility on a rental basis (current lease until July 2024 with an option to renew for another 5 years) with an area of 10,000 sq ft and a built area around 7,000 sq ft with two outdoor seating areas as well.
