Coffee and Tea Business for Sale in Thiruvananthapuram, India

- Our company offers multiple flavours of coffee & tea premixes along with high-quality coffee machines to our customers.
- We do not manufacture any of the products ourselves and none of the products are under our own brand name.
- We purchased exclusive rights of a premium Indian coffee & tea brand which allows us to become their official sales partner.
- We purchase the products from the company and sell them further to our customers by adding a fixed margin.
- These rights were purchased for INR 3.5 lakh about 18 months ago. There is no renewal fee. The agreement states that we must purchase the products directly from the company only. Along with this, the royalty is 3 to 5 percent of the top-line revenue, depending on the product.
- We have about 22 recurring clients out of which 20 are independent retail stores and 2 hospitals. The scope of operations and clientele is limited to Thiruvananthapuram only. These clients provide us with recurring purchase orders.
- We sell our products only by fulfilling direct purchase orders. This is the only channel of revenue for our company. We receive about 10 to 15 purchase orders every month across all products.
- This transaction includes the entire business entity, transfer of the sales agreement, fee paid by the owner for getting the distribution rights, along with all the physical assets.
