Dairy Farms Company Investment Opportunity in Moscow, Russia

Investment project: Construction of a livestock complex for 2000 heads of dairy cattle. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to develop the production of one of the most profitable types of products – cow's milk.
The dairy population is 2,000 head of dairy cows. The maintenance of dairy livestock without grazing, i. e. without tethering, within the farm. All operations on the farm will be robotic. The milk will be sold to dairies in the Vladimir and Moscow regions. Tangible asset includes an agricultural land plot in the Sudogodsky district of 336 hectares in the Vladimir region. Moscow is 160 km away.
The land is valued at about EUR 148,810 per hectare, which takes the total market value of the land at about EUR 50 million.
The investor may also receive ownership of the part of the land owned by the company. They may not get 75% ownership of all the land but they will certainly get 75% share of the profits. Characteristics of the residential complex farm: The structure is rectangular in plan, has dimensions of 60 * 180 meters, with a total area of 10,000 sq. m. Other buildings and structures of the residential complex are under development.
The complex will be constructed on owned company land of 336 hectares in the Vladimir region located 160 km from Moscow. The cost of the project for the construction of one full-cycle residential complex is EUR 8 million.
The project is planned to be financed through raised funds from investors.
We will legally secure the investor's share in the peasant farm business in the amount of 75%. After the investor enters, shares of profit will be distributed accordingly: Investor - 75%, Other shareholder with 25%.
