• Invoice management with subscriptions starting at INR 49/month. The target market consists of SMEs with annual revenue of more than INR 20 lakh.

• Invoice discounting (factoring) for large manufacturers, FMCG-based distribution, and dealer networks.

- Initially, the invoice discounting will be done through lending partners and our own funds will not be used.

- No loans taken by the business.

- We are a team of 2 founders from IIT and IIM backgrounds with 25 years of experience.

- The shareholding pattern is a 55:45 split among the 2 founders.

- Our latest investor is a senior executive in Abbott Health Care. We have signed a term sheet with the investor.
