Business Overview
We are an early-stage financial services company and are in the process of product development. We are building and launching our first product, which is a co-branded credit card for the Indian market.
Our technology partners who are helping us in getting the APIs will select the banking partner as well. The final co-branding on the credit card will be between us and the partner bank.
We will not partake in lending activities but only provide the mobile & web application and the credit card.
2 planned revenue streams:
- We get a 0.35-0.40% portion of the interchange of each transaction.
- Eventually charge a nominal membership fee.
- Market entry within 3-4 months of raising the capital.
