Food Delivery Company for Sale in Mumbai, India

- Our business delivers hot beverages along with morning and evening snacks to the employees of our corporate clients. The menu is set for 10 days and repeats thrice a month.

- We currently have two stores in Mumbai, located in Fort and Lower Parel.

- Each store provides hyper-local delivery to the offices of our corporate clients that are within a diameter of 2 to 3 kilometers from its location.

- We currently have 55 small clients along with 5 large corporate clients.

- Our meals and beverages are delivered to them twice a day for the entire month. We hold no explicit contract with either of them. Payment is collected on a monthly basis at the end of the month depending on the size of the employees.

- We have in-house logistics for delivery which include vehicles and delivery personnel.

- Every small corporate client provides us with average monthly revenue of c. INR 5,000. However, each large corporates client provides us with average monthly revenue of c. INR 40,000.

- Our stores are also open for walk-in customers. We get around 300 to 350 walk-ins per day at each store. Retail sales contribute to over 25 percent of our revenue, however, the majority 70 percent is through direct sales to corporates. There is no seating space available at any of our stores.

- We put immense on the business due to its large client base and the enormous scope of expansion in the industry.

Physical assets include:

- Kitchen equipment.

- Furniture.

- Delivery vehicles.

- We run operations through two stores on lease in Mumbai.
