Business Overview
- Manufacturers of industrial moulds majorly for the automotive industry.
- Mostly tier-one suppliers are working with us like Dura Automotive, ITW India Pvt Ltd. , and Polyplastic India Pvt Ltd.
- We produce very high-precision injection moulds and have done export work in the past as well.

Manufacturing plastic injection moulds for injection mouding companies in the automotive and even non-auto sector.We manufacture as per our client's designs after their feasibility. Our clients use our moulds to produce parts that are then sold to OEMs and other suppliers in the automotive industry.
Assets Overview
Tangible assets:- Six retrofitted German VMC machines worth INR 1.5 crore. The body looks old but the all machines have been retrofitted.
- Remaining 10-15 EDM and Makino machines worth INR 30 lakh.
All the machines are of German make.
Facilities Overview
We currently operate from a leased facility of 10,000 sqft on Sinhagad Road. However, we are in the midst of relocating to a new facility of 7,500 sqft. in the Talawade area to reduce our overheads.

- Currently, 97% of shares are held by a German national through their German entity and the remaining 3% is with the Indian promoter.- We have a CC facility of INR 46 lakh with IDBI Bank covered under the CGTSME scheme.
