Our company operates from two primary office locations. In Vizag, we have our office situated within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The built-up area of our Vizag office is 1200 Sq ft. The facility consists of 1 floor, providing ample space for our operations and employees. The details of the rental/lease agreement for our Vizag office are subject to our contractual agreements and may not be disclosed.
In addition, we also have an office located in Bangalore. Our Bangalore office is situated in Novel Space, a renowned business complex known for its modern infrastructure and convenient amenities. The specific details of the office space, including the built-up area and the number of floors, may vary based on our leasing agreement with Novel Space. As for the rental/lease details, they are confidential and may not be disclosed publicly.

Currently, our business is funded through internal resources and investments. We are proud to mention that we do not have any outstanding debts or loans. As for the ownership structure, we have 2 shareholders/owners in total. The percentage ownership of each shareholder is 60-40%, and it is subject to specific agreements and arrangements among the stakeholders.
