We currently have a loan of NOK 2,400,000 (approximately EUR 200,000) with Innovation Norway, a government institution. The main shareholders include a convertible loan note to Iterate AS, which owns 25% of the company, valued at NOK 11,000,000. This loan note will only be claimed when the company's net worth reaches 2% of its value, making it a passive, friendly investment. The loan was used for software development. Therefore, the only loan due for repayment is the NOK 2,400,000 loan with Innovation Norway.The company has a total of five major shareholders, and small shareholders collectively own 1.5% of the shares.
