Luxury Hotel Investment Opportunity in Portmore, Jamaica

- We are a start-up full-service hospitality company in Jamaica that is currently seeking to raise seed/equity capital of just US$100,000 for 5% or 5,000,000 shares of our company to pay underwriting fees and other expenses to obtain a US$400 million loan which will be used to acquire turnkey hotels, resorts and villas as well as develop our first Ultra-Luxury Hotel & Resort in Jamaica. Purpose: To purchase more turnkey hotels, resorts & villas in Jamaica and operate, market & advertise them until they start earning revenues to cover expenses. Funds raised will be used to acquire, renovate, market, advertise and operate over 80 turnkey and hotels, resorts and villas.
