Luxury Hotel Investment Opportunity in Portmore, Jamaica

- We are a start-up full-service hospitality company in Jamaica that is seeking to raise seed/equity capital of up US$2,975,000 for 18.5% or 18,500,000 shares of our company. Below are our current investment offers.

- Investment offer #1: US$50,000 for 1,000,000 shares.
Purpose: To hire or contract a legal representative or lawyer to our management team who will assist us with all legal matters pursuant to successfully obtaining funding from current and future debt or joint venture financing offers.

- Investment offer #2: US$400,000 for 4,000,000 shares.
Purpose: To rent and operate an office in Kingston, Jamaica, for 2 years.

Purpose: To pay the salaries of our management team for up to 2 years.

Purpose 1: To set up a foreign branch office in the country of Bahrain in order to legally and securely obtain an approved investment loan of US$500 million from a private financing company in that country.
Purpose 2: To pay for any related expenses while applying for and obtaining a corporate financing loan of up to US$2 billion from a lending firm in Hong Kong.

Purpose: To incorporate and start up our food production company, then raise capital of US$500 million in order to acquire lands for the development of large-scale farms that will produce and provide food and beverages for our own hotel, resort, villa, event, tour, and travel operations.

Purpose: To incorporate and start up our tour operations and travel services company then raise capital of US$600 million to acquire vehicles, vessels and lands to develop our transportation hubs and own tourist attractions.

Equity investors will get "free" all-inclusive stays for up to 2 years at any of our future hotels & resorts of their choice. All Investors and shareholders will be paid dividends monthly, quarterly or annually from revenues or net profits according to their percentage of ownership in the company. Investors will be able to sell all or a portion of their shares back to us at US$1.00 per share. And lastly, they will get a lifetime 50% discount on all our future hospitality products and services.
