Company has developed a loyalty & customer care program mobile app / platform which help users avail discounts by scanning barcodes at retail shops / merchants. The mobile app is listed on both the Android and App Store. The company is registered in the US however, we do not have any physical presence there yet. Our professional team operates out of Hungary office, located in Budapest. We currently have physical presence only in Hungary. The company has already invested around USD 1 million on the mobile app / platform and has established a good presence in Hungary. We are now looking to raise funds to establish our presence in the US and India (in first round). Physical assets owned by the business include card printer, located in the US at partner premises. Company is currently at a break-even stage.
Our app / platform has been efficiently built & made automated and requires minimum human intervention. App / platform has the potential to reach a large community / customer / retailer base from across the globe. The global loyalty management market forecast for next year is USD 4.59 billion.
Our vision is to have hundreds of millions of customers as well as several virtual carriers with a barcode that connects them to their communities so that they can get benefits (mostly discounts) on their purchases from hundreds of thousands of retailers and local service providers around the world. All they need is a smartphone. Users will use their barcode products on a daily basis to buy at cheaper rates.
For-profit or non-profit organizations have always had trouble developing and operating a similar system that does not have a fraction of the users of our platform, as they have neither the money, the time, nor the expertise to do so. Another major financial burden was the cost of manufacturing and logistics of plastic-based cards. Thanks to virtual cards (other products), this is no longer an obstacle, as they can even be issued free of charge to their members.
By connecting a retailer, issuers can even earn revenue, so it is not that our partners pay us for the use of our platform, but that we contribute with a commission to their operations and further developments.
Our platform also allows for the automatic management of grants and donations on a daily basis, all for free, with minimal human resources involved.
Our platform ensures that donations reach the right place in the right amount and at the right time, because they appear at the issuer, ie the fundraiser, all without the involvement of an intermediary, thus without deducting an intermediary commission.
